out at Magni Gyro Srl headquarters by employees or
collaborators of the aforesaid company who are assigned with the task of
the processing and by any person charged to carry out occasional
maintenance operations.
No data acquired through this web site will be

MODALITY OF PROCESSING
Personal data are processed with computerised systems and only for the
time strictly necessary to achieve the objectives for which they are

Surfing data
The computerised systems and the software procedures used for the
functioning of this web site acquire, in the course of their normal use,
certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of
the Internet communication protocols. The said data are not collected for
the purpose of being associated to the identified individuals concerned,
but could, by their very nature, through the processing and association
with data held by third parties, allow for the identification of the users.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or the domain names in the
computer used by the users who link up to the site, the time of the
request, the method used for presenting the request to the server, the
size of the file obtained in reply, the numeric code indicating the state
of the reply given by the server (successfully transmitted, error, etc.),
and other parameters relative to the user’s operating system and
computer environment. These data are used only for the purpose of

the ordinary management of this web site) judicial or public security
authorities may ask Magni Gyro srl to provide information in compliance
with Article 157 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, in order to control
the personal data processing. The refusal to provide the Garante or other
authorities with such information involves financial sanctions.
RIGHTS
OF DATA SUBJECTS
The individuals to which the personal information is referred have the
right to obtain at any moment the confirmation of the existence or not of
said information and to know the content and origin, to verify the
correctness or request an integration or updating or modification (art 7
of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003).
In conformity with said article, the interested party has the right to
delete, transform as anonymous or block information treated in violation
of the law, and can in any case oppose for legitimate reasons the
processing of data.
