SALES

Nowadays Magni Gyro exports a big share of its production that is renowned worldwide for its characteristics: safety, high technology and accuracy of design and workmanship.

Sales and production are currently focused on five models:

  • M16 Tandem Trainer – Two seat gyroplane – double control

  • M14 Scout – two seat gyroplane - 1+1 configuration

  • M18 Spartan – single seat gyroplane

  • M22 Voyager – two seat gyroplane – single control

  • M24 Orion -  Two seat gyroplane – double control

The 550 th gyroplane of Magni production has been recently built. 

As previously stated, annual production is about 60 to 70 units; products are sold in quite a huge market area including Western Europe, Southern Africa, the United States of America and recently Australia and New Zealand.

 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Magni Gyro activity is not limited to the work carried out at the company’s premises; a remarkable maintenance centre was established in order to grant reliability and an adequate and efficient assistance service to customers. Flight tests and ordinary maintenance are carried out at the maintenance centre.

Customer service is one of the key points in the success of a product, this is an obvious concept. Magni Gyro can’t however supply this service directly worldwide. To answer to this worldwide need for support, during the past years, Magni Gyro has developed a net of local agents, able to grant pilot training and maintenance of gyroplanes. All agents have all required technical information for maintenance, furthermore they can access to technical updating courses for themselves and/or their technicians.

Dealerships are established for a precise area and the dealer/agent must show to comply with a minimum quality level established depending on available facilities, training capability and technical knowledge of agent’s technicians.
